LEADERSHIP

Scripture teaches that Jesus Christ is the head of the church.  The church’s identity, focus, direction, and vision are God’s design as set forth in scripture and are not to be changed by the pressure of a society or culture.

Qualified and faithful men are called by God to a sacred responsibility to lead the church in these biblical truths.  Humble leaders serve God by serving the church in their season and do not seek recognition.  As servants, their focus and desire is that God receives all the glory.

These leadership positions provide structure and order to effectively carry out the purpose of the church.  We believe these positions are honorable and recognized by God in every season of His church.  The church has the responsibility to recognize that God is preparing and calling new leaders through discipleship and teaching to continue His work beyond our times.

Heritage Church desires that Jesus Christ and the truths of His Word are the focus of this leadership page.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.-Ephesians 3:20-21
